We had a great time at this hotel! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The beach area was enjoyable, but the dining experience could use some improvement, particularly with more varied options. Overall, it's a lovely place, though the cat situation was quite distracting.
This resort was absolutely stunning with beautifully maintained gardens and an incredibly clean environment. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the pool area was fantastic. However, the dining options could be challenging for fussy eaters, and the remote location meant limited choices outside the hotel.
We had a wonderful family holiday at Felicia Village, where the kids enjoyed the activities and the pools immensely. The hotel is well-kept, and the attention to cleanliness is notable. The dining experience was good, particularly with the variety available, but could use some improvement in drink offerings. The location is where it falls short, as it’s not ideal for exploring the surrounding area, making it mostly a stay-in resort for families.
We enjoyed a nice stay at Club Felicia, where the cleanliness and pool facilities were impressive. However, there were challenges with communication, as the majority of guests were German or Russian, making English interactions a bit difficult. While the food options were generally satisfactory, we found certain aspects lacking, such as the dessert variety. Ultimately, it’s a great choice if you're comfortable in a predominantly non-English environment.
